Hi, I’m Nicole Berger, BSN, RN, ACH II.
I know the weight of endless responsibilities—the kind that leave you exhausted, overwhelmed, and feeling like self-care is a luxury you can’t afford. As a caregiver, I lived that reality. It wasn’t until my own health forced me to slow down that I discovered the healing potential of small, intentional acts of nourishment. That’s when I found Ayurveda—an ancient system of medicine that taught me balance isn’t found in extremes, but in rhythm. Mindful routines, grounded nourishment, and living in tune with nature changed the way I cared for myself, and in turn, how I show up for others.
I’ve been a registered nurse since 2006, and my path into integrative wellness began in 2013 when I became a Reiki practitioner and earned certification in foot reflexology. As a wife, a mother of four—including a daughter with special needs—and someone who has walked through adversity, I understand what it means to show up for others even when your own cup feels empty.
I’m currently completing my certification as an Ayurveda Health Counselor through Joyful Belly College of Ayurveda (June 2025) and am a proud member of the American Holistic Nurses Association. My approach blends evidence-based nursing with holistic tools like Ayurveda, Reiki, and intuitive coaching.
