For over a decade, my life has been a journey of healing, learning, and transformation. I’ve walked through loss, recovery, motherhood, and the challenge of rebuilding my health after years of running on empty. As a woman, I learned how easily we can lose touch with our own needs while caring for everyone else—and how often we operate from drive, structure, and control just to stay afloat.

Ayurveda entered my life at a pivotal time and offered a completely new way to understand health. It helped me see how much I had been living in my masculine energy—pushing, striving, achieving—and how that constant output was depleting me. Through Ayurveda, I began to explore the softer, more receptive side of healing: the feminine energy of nourishment, intuition, and flow.

As I learned to eat in alignment with my body, honor my natural rhythms, and create more space for what truly supports me, my body began to respond. My digestion steadied, my hormones balanced, and I found a grounded energy that felt calm yet powerful—sustainable in a way I hadn’t known before.

Today, Ayurveda continues to guide how I live—with clarity, grace, and a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and the harmony between effort and ease.
